Fun Facts
About.. guess what.. MY PREGNACY!
Haha I’ve become obsessed with it hahaha. Keep reading this blog and you’ll probably learn all the gory details of labour and then all about breast feeding etc. I wonder why I’m not getting as many comments anymore? Hrmm
- Babies eyes are fused shut but if I shone a torch on to my tummy he or she would probably lift an arm to shelter it’s eyes. Ahh. How cute is that.
- Babies ears are formed and he or she can hear me speak and hear music. This is probably why babies sleep through vacuuming and the stereo playing and especially in the car. They get used to all that noise.
- Baby is probably the size of a fist or orange at this time.
- Baby has the same taste buds as an adult. I wonder what amniotic fluid tastes like *gag*.
- Baby is growing hair and making facial expressions.
Changes in me:
- Leg cramps. Please don’t leave me with varicose veins. I’m trying not to cross my legs.
- Headaches.
- Stomach pains like growing pains or ligament pains. Stretching.
- I feel like I could sleep forever.
- Cravings of beef.
- Forgetful.
- My tummy is starting to show although it’s only slight with all the weight I’ve put on I feel massive. I never have enough time in the day I really want to focus on gentle exercise and a healthy diet but I’m struggling with working full time and studying and trying to have a life on top of housekeeping and daily errands. Help
- Body aches.
I’m looking forward to 20 week scan X I can’t wait to meet our baby X

Ha personally I like hearing about all the gory details! I find it all pretty interesting plus it means it won’t all be such a shock if my turn comes around! Thanks for the comment about our pup, poor little thing passed away last week.
Anyway look forward to more gore from you!
x

i don’t know why you wouldn’t be getting as many comments now.. i love reading about your pregnancy! It’s so exciting and makes me look forward to having a baby,
pretty sure everyone around me is pregnant!
hehehe I used to crave steak mmmmmm stteeaakkkkkkkkkk
They are amazing little things! I actually did a series of artworks on phoetuses when i was at art school! It was about how the hearing is the first sense they develop, and it just fascinates me that the first thing we are aware of in life is SOUND. It got me to thinking that this is why we love music so much. Rhythm is a natural thing- the first rhythm we ever hear is our mothers pulse
Pretty cool huh?
Oh man, i used to get the WORST leg cramps too…and sciatic pain :S Sooo hard to get a nights rest- especially when you get HUGE, and are also peeing every 5 minutes because bub is using your bladder as a trampoline! Fun. But worth it!
And don’t worry- it’s natural to be obsessed about your pregnancy! It’s a pretty big deal!!!!
I like pregnancy blogs! IT KEEPS ME IN THE LOOP.
Don’t stop them.
Oh and I gave you an award over at my blog wa.
