I wish friends wouldn’t post unflattering photos on facebook. I wouldn’t post any of my friends.. also, my profile is strictly friends only why do other friends allow full access to said unflattering photos to people who aren’t even their friends?! Grr argh
I have my boss, work mates, gym peoples, family and my boyfriend’s family all as “friends”. I’m thinking about deactivating my account now. X
Make everything private. Thats what I do. Only people who can see my shit are the people on my friends list, and I have a very picky friends list. Nothing you can do about other peoples photos unfortunately. There is no privacy in this day and age. Sad but true. Avoid having your photo taken by other people?
I’ve untagged so many photos on facebook, cant delete them off the internet though which kind of sucks haha. Oh well. I hope they pull em out at my 80th in front of my great grandkids.

Those photos really aren’t unflattering! You look fine! Also, whether you deactivate your account or not, people will still upload photos you’re in. Explore your privacy settings, make things custom if you only want certain friends to read certain updates/see certain photos.

I am always trying to be sensitive about the pics I put up of friends. I wish they’d be the same too! I’ve got this one friend who takes about 100 pics EVERY night out. You don’t get any time to pre-empt them because she ALWAYS has them on fb the VERY NEXT MORNING!!!! WITHOUT FAIL!!!! I untag ALWAYS.
Why don’t you just ask for any that really offend you to be taken down completely? People are normally pretty receptive to a polite request like that.
meh.. doesn’t really matter if they are taken down now or not.. they have already been seen. my actions, what can ya do *shrugs* camera doesn’t lie!
