Inspector Gadget

After watching Yes Man last night (by the way HILARIOUS) I wanted to learn more about Zooey Deschanel.. I don’t think she could be any cuter hehe.

I haven’t seen many of her movies but I’ve always loved her appearances on the red carpet. 

Trivia: She was born into a showbiz family in LA.  Her interests include jazz singing, philosophy, fashion and photography.  She went to school with her Almost Famous co-stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Kate Hudson.  She sings in Yes Man and she’s also a songwriter and plays the keyboard, percussion, banjo and ukulele! 

I’m going to have to check out her music and other movies

My boyfriend recently bought the DVDs of 1, 2 & 3 for $10. Bargain! So I’ve recently seen all of the movies once again. It’s as good as ever heh the second one is my favourite hehe.

It’s a pointless thought but if I did have a time machine, where would I go, or WHEN. What would I go back and change… Other then of course the tragedies of the past. 

• I’d go back and order a size bigger in my skates.
• I’d try to meet my boyfriend sooner (he’s the best).
• Probably change a few tattoos, I’d still get tattooed just by better artists and different designs. I’d change my back mostly. I do love it as is but no such thing as the perfect tattoo and it could always be better.
• I’d never date a loser named Rick
• I’d never date another loser named Mike (first boyfriend)
• I’d change bad diet/money choices. They do drag me down longer then I think they will at the time. Not worth it!
• Don’t give up dance or music lessons in school. Imagine how amazing I’d be by now I’d learn more learn as much as I can
• Be kinder to everybody

I don’t have any regrets I know if you changed one thing it would “change the course of history” like the Doc is so concerned about.  For example if I hadn’t dated that loser Rick I might not be as strong as I am now.  I wont take any shit or if I didn’t date Mike I wouldn’t have met Hayley then I wouldn’t have met Rick.  Two losers one stone.  But you never know hahahaha

My weight and my finances I’m now learning to control (aged 24) I’d have taught myself this lesson earlier if I could have. I think you do have to learn the hard way sometimes though. Especially a stubborn leo like myself. Noone can tell me otherwize. That’s not a regret that’s just life.

I could travel back to the roaring 20’s where I could listen to jazz music, dress like a flapper with bobbed and finger waved hair.

I could play housewife in the 1950’s, dress glamourously and dance to rock and roll. I’d love to meet Elvis Presley. I’d love to meet Marilyn Monroe she must be so beautiful in the flesh.

This decade isn’t too bad. In fact, I’m having the best time of my life    x x x
